不具合のご報告時は、次の情報を添えていただけると調査が早くなります。

購入したのにアイテムが反映されません: 通信状況によって反映が遅れることがあります。アプリを再起動してもGEMやパックが反映されない場合は、GEMショップの「広告・パック購入」タブにある「購入を復元」をお試しください。それでも解決しない場合は、購入日時とApp Storeの領収書メールを添えてご連絡ください。
機種変更やアプリ再インストール後にデータが消えました: セーブデータは端末内に保存されるため、アプリを削除すると失われます。買い切りの「広告スキップ（永久）」やキャラクターパックなどの非消費型の購入は、同じApple IDであれば「購入を復元」で再度受け取れます。
広告を消したい: GEMショップの「広告・パック購入」タブから、買い切りの広告スキップ（永久）をご購入いただけます。購入後はバナー・インタースティシャル広告が表示されなくなり、リワード広告の報酬は動画なしで受け取れます。
ガチャの提供割合はどこで確認できますか: ガチャ画面内の「提供割合」ボタンから、全レアリティの排出確率を確認できます。
プレイ中に広告は出ますか: 戦闘中に広告が割り込むことはありません。広告はリザルト画面と拠点に限定しています。

When reporting a bug, please include:

I purchased something but did not receive it: Delivery can be delayed by a poor connection. If Gems or a pack are still missing after restarting the app, tap "Restore Purchases" on the AD PACK tab of the Gem Shop. If that does not help, contact us with the purchase time and your App Store receipt email.
I lost my data after changing devices or reinstalling: Save data is stored on the device, so deleting the app removes it. Non-consumable purchases such as Ad Skip (Forever) and character packs can be recovered with "Restore Purchases" using the same Apple ID.
How do I remove ads?: You can buy Ad Skip (Forever), a one-time purchase, from the AD PACK tab of the Gem Shop. Banner and interstitial ads stop appearing, and rewarded ad bonuses are granted without watching a video.
Where can I see the gacha drop rates?: Tap the "Drop Rates" button on the gacha screen to see the odds for every rarity.
Do ads interrupt gameplay?: No. Ads never interrupt combat — they appear only on result screens and in the base.
